Minimum CTET Qualifications for Primary Stage Teacher
Candidates need to meet the below-mentioned eligibility criteria for CTET exam if they want to become a teacher for Class I-V. Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
or
Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 45% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. or

Definitely, you're eligible for CTET exam eligibility criteria is HSC+B.El.Ed/Graduation+B.El.Ed/ Graduation+B.Ed students awaiting for result or in second year can also be apply on by provisional basis.

The criteria for CTET exam is different for different level class teacher's post! If you want to teacher of class V to class VIII, then B.Ed is compulsory!
