Obtaining more than 60% on the CTET exam is considered a good score. Out of a total of 150 points, 90 are minimum qualifying marks for the General category and 82 are for Reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC. Those who achieve higher than the minimal qualifying marks are termed good scorers.

Once you pass the CTET exam, you can apply for jobs at government-run schools like KVS and NVS as well as those run by UTs Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Additionally, you can apply for positions at private schools that accept CTET results.

The CTET syllabus is prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education. They do so while following the guidelines set forth by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It can also be said that the CBSE creates the CTET syllabus based on the broader framework established by the NCTE.

No, the CTET question papers for Paper 1 and Paper 2 are not the same. There lies the difference. Here's the breakdown:Paper 1 covers Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies.Paper 2 also has Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, and Language 2, but along with Mathematics, it includes either Science or Social Studies/Social Sciences.
