Yes, those who have done B.Ed are eligible for both papers which is
1) For teaching class 1 to 5 and the second paper is for teaching class 6 to 8th.

Hi Kamala, Payment of INR 600 for one paper and INR 1000 for both papers have to be made by General/OBC category candidates. Hope it helps.
