In my knowledge yes you can join global University without cuet-pg for Masters of computer application.in Computer Science / B.Sc IT or B.Sc/B.Com/BA with Mathematics / Statistics / Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics / Quantitative Techniques as one of the subjects either at 10+2 or Graduation level with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST category) in aggregate required for admission in it.
