Hi,
I am happy you have found your interest towards Culinary Arts.
BHM is more theoretical and practical but here emphasis in on core subjects like Food Production, Food Service, Front Office and Housekeeping. But when you are clear that you want only Culinary Arts as your trade, I'd suggest you to focus only on that, because that will give you an overall idea about the course. Moreover, Culinary Arts needs no theoretical knowledge, it needs hands-on experience. So it is more about you learning practically. I suggest you to take up culinary courses, master it and then apply for culinary jobs. It will definitely give you a happy life.

The first option is to do a course in hotel management or in culinary arts at a reputed professional institute.
- The 19 institutes registered under the National Council of Hotel Management provide excellent training in the field.
Apart from these, there are institutes run by reputed hotel chains and some private institutes with foreign affiliations and approvals from the All India Council for Technical Education.
- Institutes under the National Council offer a three-year Diploma course while private institutes offer a four-year Bachelor's programme.
For a three-year Diploma course, the following are a good bet:
