No, (as per my knowledge and my college). You cannot do B.Sc Culinary arts through distance or correspondence education, because it is a completely practical course, all your learning and examinations are majorly on practical basis. Even if somehow you find any college offering this course on distance education basis, you will be in loss because you won't be able to gain all that knowledge and skills that a regular student gains.
