A Diploma in Food Processing is a Diploma Program of Two/ Three Years Duration to be pursued after HSC and a Craftsmanship is a Certificate Course of 3/4 Months Duration to be pursued even after SSC (class 10th).

No Colleges can fix Gender Ratio for Course Admission, it depends upon the Admission Application receipt for the particular course in that institute.

Dear Dhananjay,
There is no Diploma in hotel management (culinary arts) as such but they do have International Certificate in Kitchen/Culinary Arts.
Eligibility for admission:
The applicant should have passed Secondary or Higher Secondary Examinations from State or Central Board or equivalence from a recognized Board.
Program Content
The program is both vocational & modular. Rigorous kitchen practical, classroom interaction along with element of unsupervised self-learning establishes a strong foundation of knowledge and skills amongst the students.
