Yes, industrial training is mandatory for culinary students. You will get credits based on your industrial training in your sessional papers.

Yes, you can pursue msc in nutrition and dietetics with biochemistry in bsc. There is no problem in it. You should apply for the same. Best of luck.

You do have the option of doing a Diploma course. If you are planning to do B.Sc then you would have to do all the department work of the hotel.

The entrance exam would usually only carry basic questions for reasoning, quantitative analysis and general knowledge, with regards to hospitality.

The course offered by the college is Hotel Management. College is good and placement is also good. Faculties are good and very well experience.
If you want other courses then you have to look for other colleges because this college only provide hotel management.
List of other courses:
Bachelor of Science in food service management
Food and beverage management
Restaurant management techniques
Food industry logistics etc.

Yes, there are such courses in Singapore, with internship opportunities at prominent hotels and they do have IELTS scorecard requirements.

They don't offer any refund for any program, the only money you are going to get is for the security deposit. It's a government college they don't do refunds.
