From 1st June, you can take admission for Diploma in food Production and for other enquiry go to the institute once.

Admission to the course at various private institutes of the country is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance test and round of personal interview. TheIHMs of the country however, follow their own admission process. All applicants are required to appear for an All-India Joint Entrance Examination conducted by NCHM (National Council for Hotel Management). Shortlisted candidates are further needed to appear for and qualify the subsequent round of interview conducted at various centres all over the country.

Chef Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 10+2. Bachelor/Diploma of Hotel management. Certificate chef courses that last 6-12 months. Thanks.

Eligibility criteria for admission: Minimum 50% required are in graduation.
Admission is based on the marks obtained in graduation in the relevant stream.

BSc in cooking course, i.e. BSc in culinary arts is a 3-year undergraduate programme after completing 12th in any stream. The fees for this course varies from college to college and year to year, but generally, it is 5 to 6k approximately.
