Hi Nikita, You can sit for NCHMCT, UEI Global Aptitude test for admission in degree programme in Hotel Management with culinary specialisation. Exams are usually conducted in the month of April, as far as study material is concerned, the same is readily available at all book stores providing competition exam courseware.

Yes, you are eligible to do M.Sc in nutrition and dietician as you are zoology graduate.
Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc in Nutrition and Dietician is: Bachelor's degree (Home Sciences/ Medical/ Non-Medical/Bio- Sciences) or equivalent or relevant higher qualification. Almost, all the important and reputed colleges offering this course conduct entrance examination. There are numerous programmes available at the graduate and postgraduate level for nutrition and dietician. You are eligible to do Post Graduate Diploma or a degree course in Nutrition and Dietician. Hi,
I am sure you must have learnt to cook Indian cuisines during your graduation. I don't think you need to pursue a separate Diploma in cooking again, unless your area of specialization was not kitchen in HM. These days social media has a plethora of knowledge for cooking and flavors. Explore those first and experiment with various spices. If this does not work out, you can certainly consider pursuing a Diploma in cookery.

Hi, Distance learning under my suggestion would not be recommended, because professional cooking or culinary studies requires practical knowledge, which can be attained with regular batches. I suggest and strongly advise you to check the best Diploma courses in culinary near your location and try getting admissions in the same. Practical and regular degree would be suggested over distance. All the best.
