Both the institutes are good but you should go for IHM, Aurangabad as it is ranked among the top institutes.

With a Diploma in Food Production, you can start your career in the Hospitality and Travel sector as a Steward, Junior Cook, Kitchen Help, etc., in a Hotel, restaurent, or cruise. In Nirmala Niketan College of Home Science, Post Graduation Diploma in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition is full time course hence the same cannot be pursue through distance learning.
