The difference between two are hotel management degree is about a student studying about 4 core departments of the hotel like Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office and Housekeeping with this other trades also like HR, Computer Allied Operations and many. This is a course emphasising on full on knowledge about the hotel operations. When I talk about culinary degree here I'm emphasising more on learning more about cooking rather than other operations in the hotel. You will learn detailed structure of the hotel food production.
