Yes, you can apply for the UGC NET exam for sure. The UGC NET Exam is conducted by CBSE on the behalf of UGC for the assistant professor and junior research fellowship award. The eligibility for the exam is as follows:
The candidates who have completed the post graduation degree with minimum 55% marks (for general category) from a recognised university are eligible for the UGC NET Exam. Candidates are advised to choose the subject of their post-graduation or the relevant subject. There is no age limit for the assistant professor posts while the candidates must be below 30 years of the age for the JRF.

Basic eligibility to pursue BA in International Culinary Arts from Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management is that the candidate should have cleared their class 12 exams in any stream from recognized board. Students waiting results can also apply on provisional basis. Admission is based on the score obtained in JET entrance exam. Regards.
