Yes, you will be eligible, don't worry. The common M.Sc. Eligibility is a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognised university. Just like M.Sc. in India, the course duration of M.Sc. Abroad is of 2 years, but many colleges also offer a 1 year master degree course in different Masters specializations.

Culinary arts mainly focus on food preparation, while culinary management goes beyond cooking to include restaurant management, food safety issues, menu planning, and other food industry-related areas. Culinary arts and culinary management are two common programs offered by most culinary schools. Although they offer much of the same basic education at their core, they target different professions. It depends on which college you are studying in. In my college they do not provide a separate kitchen for vegetarian cooking.

There is an age limit in hotel management courses provided by Government Institutions which is 22 years for general and OBC classes and for SC/ST 5 years of grace have been given. But In private Institutes, you can take admission for 30 years.
