IMU CET or CUSAT both universities are great at their places selection of university depends on the your goal and future plans. If you prefer a specialised focus on maritime studies and want to immerse yourself in the maritime industry, IMU may be the better choice. If you value a broader engineering education with a strong reputation and good infrastructure, CUSAT could be a great fit.

Hi! The cutoff for the M.Sc Integrated Statistics programme at Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) varies yearly based on factors like the number of applicants, difficulty level of the entrance exam, and available seats. Typically, candidates need to score within the top ranks of the entrance test conducted by CUSAT to secure admission. For general category students, the cutoff usually falls between 200 to 500 ranks. However, it can differ for reserved categories. Make sure to prepare well for the entrance exam to improve your chances. All the best!

A score of 150 on the CUSAT CAT may not be enough for an outsider to be admitted to the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme under the general category. Since there are fewer seats available in the public pool the cutoff for non-Keralite students is typically higher. The general category cutoff for CSE in recent years varied from 705 to 1651 contingent on several criteria such as the volume of applications and available seats.

No, CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology) does not admit students solely through the CAT (Common Admission Test). For most undergraduate programs, CUSAT conducts its own entrance exam called the CUSAT-CAT. However, for some courses like MBA, admissions are based on the CAT scores, while other courses may consider various eligibility criteria, including marks in qualifying exams and performance in university-specific entrance tests.
