Talking About 2018-2019 Placements:
I will be more specific about Computer Science. Also, will have light on Non-Core Branches. The decent Average placement is INR. 4.82 lacs. The institute has got almost 100% placements for Computer Science and engineering and the highest package is INR. 12.23 lacs,Job opportunities are fairly good. According to the placement officer C. V Premkumar around 48 organizations have already visited the campus for placement drive which includes Indian Oil Corporation (Maharatna Company), Bharat Petroleum & Oil India (Navaratna Companies), Reliance Industries, Unisys, Verizon, Amazon, Maxeed Telecom, JWL, IOTL

Ranks below 9973 in NRI quota was the closing rank for Fire safety engineering branch in CUSAT T CAT 2019. Hence, cutoff shall be on expected lines in 2019 as well.

Hi Vishal,The cut off for admission in the Naval Architecture and Ship Building branch in CUSAT in the NRI category was a general merit rank around 10,000. Considering this, you would require a rank around this at least for a fair chance of admission. You can check Shiksha website for more information. Best of luck.

CUSAT M.Tech Admission 2019- Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) has released the online application for CUSAT CAT 2019 on January 30. The last date to fill the online application form of CUSAT M.Tech 2019 has been extended to April 21 (without late fee). However, the candidates can submit the application form with late fee till April 30, 2019. If you are looking at doing Masters or PG, CUSAT is definitely better that CET. I work very closely with Academics and personally believe that academic freedom to design courseware for the quality of their students is something that is needed to impart good quality education. CUSAT has this with some very well educated professors who are dedicated to train students well. The govt is also pumping money to improve the facilities here. In case of CET, it is tied to the KTU syllabus, under which even the worst colleges in Kerala will be affiliated to. Hello Sir,
Yes, you are eligible for getting a seat in CUSAT, but the department which you want to choose may not be available for you. So, it depends on your branch or department which you will choose.
