The CUSAT CAT score is used to determine admission to the BTech programme. In order to choose applicants for BTech (LE) courses, the university also administers a Lateral Entry Test (LET). The 200 objective-type questions on the three-hour LET test are intended to assess candidates' proficiency in English, mathematics, engineering mechanics, engineering graphics, and general engineering.
