It is not necessary to prepare a time table. But if any candidate faces difficulty in manging time while preparing different subjects then they should do go for a proper time table.

Yes, the authority extended the last date for CUSAT CAT 2024 registration. Candidates applied for CUSAT CAT 2024 up to March 20, 2024, with a fine of INR 100. Candidates applied by visiting the official website, and a direct link was also provided on this page.

As per the candidates who wrote CUSAT CAT and JEE Main, the question paper of JEE Main is tougher than CUSAT CAT due to its higher level of complexity and the need for advanced problem-solving skills. Therefore, the difficulty level of both exams ultimately depends on individual preparation and aptitude.

Looking at the previous year CUSAT CAT cutoff, gettimg admission with a rank of 6,000 is difficult. The chances become even more less for General Category candidates. As per the previous-year data, the rank for some of the top courses were:CourseCUSAT CAT Cutoff Rank (2023)BTech723-2733MBA83MSc4-23Integrated BSc-MSc29-55The university might accept such as rank if applying via any other national-level entrance exam accepted for that course. Yes, CUSAT considers Class 12 score for admission to UG courses. Aspirants need to qualify a minimum of Class 12 to apply for a UG course at CUSAT. The university offers a two-year MCA course in Cost Sharing specialisation. Admission to the PG course is through CUSAT CAT. The seat intake for the course is 78 + 2 Sponsored seats. This mentioned seat intake includes supernumerary seats and is the total seat intake for the Department of Computer Applications, Campus 1 and CUCEK Campus 2.

Candidate must have passed in BCA or Bachelor's in Computer Science Or BSc/BA/BCom with Mathematics in Class 12 with 50% aggregate or BVoc Data Analytics programme offered by CUSAT. Applicants belonging to Kerala Scheduled Caste (KSC) and Kerala Scheduled Tribe (KST) require minimum pass marks in the qualifying examination to apply.

Admission to MCA at CUSAT Kochi is through an entrance examination. Candidates can visit the university admission page (admission.cusat.ac.in) to register themselves for CUSAT CAT  (Common Admission Test). Admission to MCA is based on the CUSAT CAT score. Candidates with a valid score in the examination will be eligible for seat allotment.
