You can do Post graduate Diploma in cyber law from Indian Law Institute Delhi. The eligibility criteria is graduate degree in any branch. Admission to PGD programs are based on merit (Marks obtained in qualifying exams). 5% of marks weightage is given to law graduate candidates. Hi Pooja,
I am very surprised from where you got the information of Diploma courses available. There are no Diploma courses available for Law.
As per Bar council of India -: Only a person who has done a full time LLB is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LLB course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps.
There are only Degree courses available - 5 years integrated course (after 10+2) and 3 years LLB course (after graduation)
It is only at LLM level you can choose Cyber L

Yes, you can apply for PG in cyber law. As per Symbiosis's eligibility criteria, any Bachelor degree holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University can apply.
