PG Diploma in Cyber Law is a niche course and only IT companies hire in this sector. The recruitments are not very much, but if you are really interested then there are ways to make it worth the effort.

Hi,
If you want to go in for cyber security, you should first complete your graduation at least in B.Tech computer Science or B.Tech IT or BCA
Then, you should go for a course to make you CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).
Getting all the necessary training you will be certified as an ethical hacker on completion and various companies will hire you for IT security.
Go to this website for full detail on CEH.
http://www.eccouncil.org
But, remember there are many fake courses too, don't do that.
