Ethical hackers are mainly Penetration Testers who find security issues in the system. Cyber Security is much bigger domain, and covers a lot of subjects including penetration testing. CSSRL provides various training programme in cyber security domain.

There is no firm and fast degree requirement for security analysts. Nevertheless, most employers are going to be looking for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field. So, you see that through JEE Mains, you get a college and take CS or IT branch which introduces you to the basics of the any IT or computer-related jobs and security analyst as you mentioned.

Absolutely you can go for PG diploma in cyber law being a graduate from any stream. You can also get admission for PG certificate in cyber law through IGNOU too.
