UNSW is the top most for computer related studies in Australia. It has strong research oriented practices and tie-ups with research organizations. For more reasonable options and popular choices for computer related studies, you can also check:

You can check colleges in Germany, Canada, UK, Japan, Singapore, Ireland and Switzerland. For college ranking I will suggest you refer to a ranking table like QS or Times Higher Edu ranking.
