No, a two-year Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) or a Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) is not equivalent to a B.Ed. Special Education. As, D.Ed. and B.El.Ed. are Diploma and bachelor's degrees, respectively, focusing on general elementary education (Classes 1-5 or 1-8). Whereas, B.Ed.
