Well, you can do a Diploma and graduation simultaneously. You can start a Diploma in any engineering course on a regular basis and pursue Graduation from some open universities like IGNOU it's completely valid but when you will apply for government jobs you can use only one Certificate as per my knowledge but you can use both in private jobs. But I would suggest it is not the right way to proceed even if it permits. You should stick to one path, complete it and then go for another. Keep learning.

Astrology through distance education mode is offered in Annamalai University,
Sastra University, Thanjavur
Madurai Kamaraj University,
Osmania University,
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic University,
Vikram University, Ujjain,
M. S. University, Baroda,
Potti Shreeramulu Telugu University
and IGNOU also started PG course in jyotish recently.
