The Pravara Rural College of Pharmacy was established by the Pravara Rural Education Society in the year 1981. The college introduced the B.Pharm course in the year 1987, and M.Pharm was introduced in the year 2004. The Institute is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. It is located in Pravaranagar, Ahmed Nagar, in the state of Maharashtra.
Pravara Rural College of Pharmacy offers D.Pharm, B.Pharm, and M.Pharm programs to candidates.
The college offers a Diploma in Pharmacy program for a duration of two years. This course is affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE). Admission to the course is done through the Online Centralized Admission Process (CAP) on the basis of merit on the qualifying examination.
The applicant should have passed the H.S.C or 10+2 examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics as subjects.
