I would suggest radiology. To do D.Pharm, you should clear your class 12th and mandatory subjects are Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology/Mathematics.
Admissions are done through Centralized Admission Process counselling based on the marks obtained in 10+2 examination.

It depends, where you want to take admission, like in Haryana you can get admission with this marks in colleges under Maharishi Dyanad University etc., but in Delhi it would be quite difficult.
Try entry through entrance exam options too.
In Rohtak, PGI medical check their criteria for admission I think you can get admission there check for it.

You can apply to bachelor of Pharmacy form any institute. So, keep your Diploma of Pharmacy ready to get admission. Even you can apply if you have a provisional certificate of the same. Note, you have completed your diploma of Pharmacy in all aspects like 500 Hrs hospital training and all.
