No, a graduate with a Diploma in Pharmacy (D Pharm) is not typically referred to as a doctor. The title of "doctor" is usually reserved for individuals who have completed a doctoral-level degree such as Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), MD (Doctor of Medicine), PhD (Doctor of Philosophy), or other doctoral degrees. Graduates with a D Pharm degree usually hold the title of pharmacist or pharmacy technician, depending on their specific role and responsibilities within the field of pharmacy.
