No, the UGPET score is mandatory to get admission to a DPharm course at Lucknow University. The UGPET entrance examination for the DPharm course is ussually held in the mid of July every year. UGPET is conducted in an offline mode. Candidates can take the exam at the designated test centres as notified by Lucknow University. Hence, candidates are not allowed to get admission through management quota for the DPharm course.

The minimum qualification that candidates must possess to get admission to the DPharm course at Lucknow University is, that candidates must complete Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Additionally, students have secured at least an aggregate of 50%. The entrance examination that the college considers for securing a seat in the programme is UGPET. To confirm admission, candidates need to secure decent scores in UGPET.
