The information on the official website of D. Y. Patil Medical College, Kolhapur states that the annual tuition fee for MBBS is INR 7,70,000. This cost covers both the development and tuition fees. It does not, however, include the INR 40,000 monthly hostel fees with Indian food. The 4.5-year MBBS program has total course fees of INR 8,10,000.

The placement rate for MBBS courses has increased from 85% in 2021 to 92% in 2022. Likewise, for PG (3-year) courses an improving trend was recorded in the placement rate.
