The syllabus of entrance exam conducted by Agriculture University is class 11th and 12th courses of NCERT for PCBM. And, you have to prepare a bit of Agriculture part from outside or from other books, as NCERT is not enough for that.

Of course, you can select agriculture Science. For this, I recommend Chandigarh University. The ranking of Chandigarh University among the top 30 universities in India is where I'd want to start. We have a plenty of options for B.Tech in dairy Technology in India. Colleges includes: NDRI karnal, NIMS Jaipur, Parul University Vadodara, Kamdhenu University in Gandhinagar, Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology, Patna. You can read about them on Shiksha portal. Hope it helps.
