DRC comes under north campus on the other side andc in south. You should visit both the campuses and compare accordingly. But in my view, you should go for DRC as it will give you exposure of north campus.

The admissions to Daulat Ram College are as per University of Delhi norms. If you want to apply to Daulat Ram College for B.Com. (Hons. ), you have to follow the following process.
1. Apply for the CUET UG exam, which is conducted by NTA.
2. You need to appear in the domain-specific subject test in economics along with the general test to be eligible for B.Com. admission.
3. You have to score well, as the competition to get into this college is high. Try to score at least 55 percent in the test to be considered for admission to DU.

Yes you can get in any colleges you mentioned if the course you want to pursue is available there. To get into these colleges the process is simple you need to appear in CUET exam and if you score cut off marks of these colleges you will easily get admission in them! Good Luck.
