Daulat Ram College has designed the application fee for UG courses with respect to the category of applicants. A one-time CSAS application fee of INR 250 is required for applicants belonging to General, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories. Applicants belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are required to pay an application fee of INR 100. Furthermore, the aforementioned fee amount is non-refundable. Also, additionally, applicants applying for both ECA and sports supernumerary quotas need to pay an additional amount of INR 100 for each quota. Candidates should note that the fee amount to be paid while completing the registration process must be relevant to their entry.

Both are accredited colleges affiliated to the University of Delhi offering the programme B. A. (Hons. ) in Political Science; however there are certain differences between Daulat Ram College and Sri Venkateswara College. This is Daulat Ram College which was set up in the year 1960 with an intake capacity of 150, the fee structure of the college is meager and they offer three-year course which costs around INR 95450/- only. The college has got accreditations of NAAC of B++ and it’s ranked three. 8 ranked by students that also offers placement at INR 5 lakh median to its students. On the other hand, Sri Venkateswara College which is a public college has a slightly higher student rating of 4. It got 5 out of 5, and it provides almost an equally worth course at less than INR 1,290. Besides, the median salary offered in Sri Venkateswara College placement is relatively high than that of Mit School of Business placement and it is INR 5. 34 lakh. The admission requirements also show that the cut-off scores for admission at Sri Venkateswara are comparatively higher as compared to other schools, which means a stiff competition. In totality, it will be advisable for the students who are interested in taking up Political Science Hons to join the Sri Venkateswara College as per the ratings of students, fees to be paid and placement facility.
