The ranking required to secure admission in mechanical engineering through KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) varies depending on the college and the category of the candidate. However, generally speaking, a rank below 10,000 can be considered a good rank for admission into mechanical engineering in a reputed college in Karnataka.
As for the fees structure, it also varies depending on the college. However, for the academic year 2021-22, the fees for mechanical engineering in government colleges in Karnataka was around Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per year, while for private colleges, it can range from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 per year.

The admission process for CS and EC courses in different colleges through KCET may vary based on several factors such as the number of available seats, the cutoff ranks of the college, and the number of students applying for these courses. So, it's not possible to predict with certainty whether your cousin will be able to get admission to a CS course or you will be able to get admission to an EC course based solely on your KCET rankings.
However, based on previous year's admission trends and cutoffs, it is possible to get an idea of the chances of admission. Generally, a KCET ranking of 55,000 may be sufficient to get admission to a CS

Hello Anisha Hegde, even though in the attached link, you will find all the information about the placements in this college, I am afraid that you will not find any data branchwise. Unfortunately placements in Aeronautical engineering branch is very poor across India. Though four years from today, it's expected to gather momentum since ISRO is giving great push for privatisation in almost every sphere.
