So, you are not eligible for M.Sc Chemistry, because of B.Sc Maths.

It is not possible to get admission in any of the government colleges, you have taken admission in only private colleges. With this rank, it is not possible to get top private colleges. So, you have to decide in which college you want to join.

Other is no such scope now in India, as it considers all automobile industry and there is no such industry recruitment process and company for hire mechanical engineers.

According to me, the best universities that you have mentioned is the computer Science engineering from Guru Jambheshwar, because one of my friend is studying there, and I know that he is enjoying, because he tells me about it and about the quality of education and the quality of exposure that he receives it not only helps him in getting a good job but also a good placement.
