CUET is mandatory for getting admission in any of the undergraduate courses which this college offers. This is of course based on the policy issued by Delhi University under which this college functions. However this college also offers certificate courses for which eligibility is graduation with certain minimum percentage at graduation as well as at 12th standard. These are 1 year courses conducted physically in the college. Hello Nishar Ahmed, admissions to all the colleges under Delhi University are based on the results obtained by the student in CUET. The results have been quite stunning for the year 2023 with more than 20000 students scoring a perfect 100 percentile and more than 2.5 Lacs students obtaining a percentile of more than 95. In the year 2022 the cutoffs in percentile for various courses in Deendayal Upadhyay college were varying from 94 to 99. In 2023 therefore cutoff percentiles are likely to increase by one or two across different courses. Be that as it may or student can still get admission in the last spot round where 'first come first serve' principle is adopted to fill up seats remaining vacant after normal rounds of counseling.Best wishes to you.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, Deendayal Upadhyay college located in Dwarka in New Delhi is fully founded by the government of Delhi and has got a good preparation of academics. As far as the situation of placements is concerned it's not very rosy. The average package please around 3.5 Lacs per annum which is not great. Also the total number of students placed is quite low vis-à-vis  the number of students passed out, at least at the level of graduation. It's of course possible that many students opted for higher studies and they may not have registered themselves for placements.
