No, you cannot get admission at Mahatma Degree College without appearing for the entrance test conducted by the college. The college offers admissions to its courses (BA, and BSc) on the merit secured by the student in the written test conducted the college. For the Diploma in Elementary Education programme the candidate will have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the SCERT, UP.
