Yes, you are eligible to write ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Test) after completion of your degree in distance education. However, you must ensure that your degree is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Distance Education Bureau (DEB), and the concerned university. To get admitted in BTech programme of Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU), you need to write the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university. But simply writing CET does not guarantee your admission. The university has its own selection process including preparing a rank list based on CET. The selected candidates will be invited for Counseling and can select the BTech programme in which they want admission based on their rank and seat availability during his/her turn of counseling where final admissions are given.
