No, you cannot apply for the UPSC CMS exam with your B.Pharma. Degree. According to eligibility criteria mandated by the UPSC you need to have an MBBS degree to apply for the Combined Medical Service (CMS) exam. This is because the CMS is conducted to recruit doctors for government agencies. Furthermore, the topics on the syllabus for written exams include medical subjects that are only available in MBBS programs.

Studying MS abroad needs to take the GRE test as soon as possible. Start preparing the moment you plan to join a graduate school. Spread out the load of the application process by booking dates for ETS exams GRE TOEFL in advance. During summer, take the GRE and TOFEL test, and in September, take TSE, if required. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a parallel field to study MS abroad. Many universities are flexible about academic requirements and the number of education years. Graduates looking to pursue their higher education should always check the educational requirements of their preferred university and apply.
