Hello Rohan, 60% (aggregate) is too less for one to secure a seat in DCAC, DU.
Also, DCAC is one of the top colleges for Journalism so it will be tough for you. You can try for other colleges of DU, and that too can happen ONLY when you have some quota like that of OBC/SC/ST etc.
You can't get admission in any college of DU with 60% if you are from General category. Something can happen only if you have some reservation/quota.
All the best!

I would prefer you Maharaja Agrasen College (affiliated to University of Delhi) over DCAC, if you want to make a career in Arts & Humanities. The reason why I am voting for Agrasen College is it's Infrastructure is very huge, with fully Wi-Fi equipped for E-learning. Faculty members: Most of the faculty members here have a doctorate degree in their respective field which makes them specialize and expert.

IP College is one of the finest and top colleges of Delhi University. It has the best faculty members of BA Economics. This course is very popular among DU aspirants. It has experienced faculty members. The administrative staff is very cooperative.
It is one of the oldest colleges of Delhi University. It has the hostel facilities also. It has good commutation facilities via metro and bus.
So, in every means, IP College is better than DCAC.
I hope you make the right decision.
