For honours degree with 84% in regular college, won't be possible to get. Need to have at least 92%, but now you need to take CUET entrance exam for getting a seat.

DU colleges are feasible in terms of fee structure. SBSC, CVS, DCAC, Shyam all college etc. Could be within your budget. You need to have at least 65% for DU sol & 75% for DU regular for being eligible. Now, CUET is required to give in order to take admission in B.Com for regular colleges.
