Yes there are seat reservations at NIELIT Delhi . The roster for the reservation of SC/ST/OBC categories includes a maximum of 3% of seats designated for individuals with disabilities. According to AICTE regulations, Government of India rules and guidelines, and/or Dr. B.A.M. University clearance, seats are reserved.JEE Mains and JOSAA results determine admission. For B.Tech. Yes you are eligible for the admission in DIPSAR.The chances are high of getting admission but can't guarantee.If you are from general category then you may get admission because everytime cut off go high.Cut off ranges between 97,98-90-93% for general category.But if you are from Sc/St or from PWD you will definitely get admission (99.99% chances)
