Predicting the exact CUET UG cutoff for General Category would be around 98+ percentile (This is a common estimate you'll find online) and for Other Categories (OBC, SC, ST, EWS)  are typically a few percentile points lower than the general category. You can expect them to be around 95+ percentile or so. You can also refer to Delhi School of Economics wesbsite.

There is no placement record or data available on the official website of Dharmashastra National Law University. The average CTC is still unknown. But according to students, last year 45+ students were placed out of number of 663 students. When it comes to NLU Delhi, it has better placements than Dharmashastra National Law University. DNLU is a newly established college and still is in the growing phase. So it would be unfair to compare it with NLU Delhi.

No, it is not the best in Delhi because Vels University is good for studying because it has great teachers and good facilities. But if you want a fun and lively atmosphere, it might not be the best choice. I felt like I was missing out on the fun of college life there. So, it's important to think about what matters most to you – good studies or a fun campus experience. But if we check the placement record then it is not the best.
