Both are same. DOEACC (Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses) is renamed to NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology). They have changed the syllabus of the Non-formal courses during the same period. I personally felt their approach and functionality improved after name change. They have added many new courses with the existing courses.
