Ramanujan College is the best in Delhi is subjective. The college was established in 1958 as Deshbandhu College (Evening) for Boys and was renamed Ramanujan College in 2010. The college's infrastructure includes ICT-enabled classrooms, a language and media lab, multiple computer labs, a library, sports facilities, and a Wi-Fi campus. It also has various academic units, centers, and cells, such as the Teaching Learning Centre, Centre for Ethics and Values, Human Rights Studies, Entrepreneurship and Small Business, Applied Mathematics and Research, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, and Social Innovation.

Determining the "best" college is subjective and depends on various factors such as academic programs, faculty, facilities, and personal preferences. Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College is known for its academic reputation, but whether it's the best for you depends on your specific needs and goals. I would recommend you checking reviews and courses offered and make the right decision.
