No, you can't join University College of Medical Sciences without NEET. However, for BSc and MSc courses NEET is not the source of admission. Admission to undergraduate programs at the University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) in Delhi is based on performance in the NEET, followed by counselling. Admission to postgraduate programs is based on the marks obtained in the NEET PG examination. Both are good they have same education infrastructure environment teaching hostels etc. However they may vary in fees structure. Their placement offers are approximately same both are tied with best and prestigious companies. One can chose on his or hier choice.
