SRCC, Delhi, was first founded as a commercial institution. Afterwards, it became known as Shri Ram College of Commerce after affiliating with the University of Delhi. The NAAC has granted Shri Ram College accreditation with an A+ grade. Students can enrol in UG, PG, and value-added courses at SRCC Delhi through eight departments. These courses are offered in a number of fields, including commerce and economics. In the Colleges category, NIRF 2023 ranks SRCC 11th; in the Accounting & Commerce area, Outlook 2023 ranks it first; and India Today 2023 ranks it first. The BCom and MCom courses are the flagship programmes at Shri Ram College of Commerce.

A state-level institution, Netaji Subhas institution of Technology (NSUT) was earlier known as Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT). NSIT was founded in 1983 and granted university status in 2018, which means that it is now a non-affiliating university. It was formerly connected to the University of Delhi. By NIRF 2021, NSUT is ranked 88th for BTech. The AICTE, UGC, and NAAC have all approved NSIT Delhi. Thirteen departments make up NSIT, and they provide eleven undergraduate, fifteen graduate, and eleven doctorate programmes in diverse fields like computer and electrical engineering. Among the leading businesses participating in the NSIT placement drive are Accenture, Amazon, Birlasoft, Honda, HCL, Microsoft, Honeywell, Google, IBM, and numerous other corporations.
