Hi Sagar,
It is difficult to point out a college which will admit you. Admissions are done on basis of merit-lists and/or entrance exams. DU cut-offs generally are very high and vary from category to category, course to course. You are advised to go through this article and have an idea of previous trends, notice how many cut-off lists have been announced:

You can pursue but I think in SOL. And that does not matter from CG. But I think DU cut the % because of open board.

The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Phil. Programme will be at least 55% marks in the aggregate in M.Com. / MIB/ MHROD/ MFC/MBA and other such degrees which are equivalent to the MBA degree of the University of Delhi and other Indian Universities.

Yes, you will be able to get admission in the university through ECA quota so their is no need to register twice for the same as it is mentioned in the form.

Last year, admission was done on the basis of cut-off list for Eng Hons. Entrance exam is conducted only for BMS, BBE, and BBA.

Hi Renu,
Eligibility Criteria for DU -B.Ed : Candidates with at least 50% either in Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities, Bachelors in Engineering or technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible.
All admissions to the B.Ed. programme will be made through a Written Entrance Test of 400 marks. The merit will be prepared on the basis of scores obtained in the Written Test.
Important Dates
Academic Session for B.Ed. Programme is likely to commence on: 3rd week of July 2018
