The median package for PG 3-year placements was Rs 1.2 LPA in 2021. The college has a high placement rate, with most students placed in the healthcare services industry. Placement drives are conducted off-campus.

No, admission to Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi for the MBBS programme is based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) score. Candidates who have qualified for NEET are eligible to apply for admission to the MBBS programme at Lady Hardinge Medical College. The college does not offer admission to the MBBS programme without NEET scores.

LHMC is known for its quality education and has been ranked among the top medical colleges in India by various ranking agencies. In 2022, NIRF ranked it 29th in the medical category. In 2021, NIRF ranked it 22nd in the medical category with an overall score of 54.07. In 2020, India Today ranked it 9th among medical colleges in India.

For its MBBS program, Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC) accepts 240 applicants each year, of which 85% are allocated to the Delhi Quota and the remaining 15% to the All-India Quota. The number of MD/MS seats available for postgraduate programs varies every year and spans approximately 70 different specializations. The DM/MCh super-specialty programs have a very limited intake, usually 5–10 seats per program, depending on faculty availability and available resources. The MDS programme admits 62 students.
