According to NIRF 2021, Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), a prominent university in India, is ranked 22nd in the medical field. It was founded in 1916 and has a strong clinical exposure network through affiliated hospitals, as well as highly qualified faculty and excellent infrastructure. Shyam Lal College of Delhi University is a government university. Its a co-educational college. The foundation stone of college was laid by Zakir Hussain, the then Vice President of India. It offers 11 undergraduation courses and 1 courses in masters. It has a very high qualified faculty team. The college campus is spread across 29,501 square meters of land.

Shayam Lal College is famous for its courses in undergraduation and Masters courses. It is also famous for it fest culture.  The highest package offered was INR 7-8 Lakhs. The lowest package is INR 2 - 3 Lakhs. The average package is INR 5- 6 Lakhs. Top role offered is for marketing, finance and sales. Almost all the students got internships from the college only. The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable.

No, it is not compulsory to stay at Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi. Some of the important rules and regulations are: Hostel accommodation is allotted based on merit and availability of seats.
