The LLM programme is designed to be of two years of duration, focusing on research and South Asian legal systems' response in international law. The programme includes innovative courses such as Comparative Constitutional Law of South Asian countries and Legal expertise  Interpretation. The eligibility criteria for the LLM programme include a 5-year integrated BA/BBA/BSc/LLB degree, or a 2 or 3-year Bachelor’s degree along with a 3-year LLB degree, or a 4-year LLB degree from an institution recognised by the government of SAARC countries, with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate or an equivalent grade.
